At DiscDeck, we strive to provide high-quality DVD and digital software, including Microsoft Office Software, to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. 1. Returns – Refund and Returns Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • For physical items (e.g., DVD boxes), you can return the product within 30 days if it’s unused and in its original packaging. However, for digital products, due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless the product is defective or required by law.s

1.2 Return Proces

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@discdeck.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will assess your request and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if approved.
  3. Return the product, securely packed in its original packaging, to the address provided in the RMA email. Include the RMA number on the package.
    You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect.

1.3 Non-returnable Items

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Opened software packages.
  • Downloaded digital products.
  • Gift cards.

2. Refunds – Refund and Returns Policy

2.1 Physical Items Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If it meets the conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2.2 Digital Products Refunds

As a general rule, refunds for digital products are not offered unless:

  • The product is defective or does not perform as described.
  • There was an error in the purchase, such as being charged multiple times for the same product.

3. Exchanges – Refund and Returns Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at returns@discdeck.com, and we will guide you through the process.


4. Late or Missing Refunds – Refund and Returns Policy

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post officially.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@discdeck.com.

5. Shipping 

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted unless otherwise agreed.
